Cafe O'Lei

The food at Cafe O'Lei was excellent.  We definately recommend them!  I ate there twice while we were in Maui and Russ ate there three times.

Crab Cakes, Lettuce Wraps and Spring Rolls were served to our guests while we were getting pictures taken.  Cafe O'Lei saved a plate for us to eat when we were done.  I'm glad they did because they were delicious!  I loved the crab cakes and the lettuce wraps!

Here is our menu:

Salad
Caesar Salad

Entree
Filet of Beef Tenderloin & Garlic Jumbo Shrimp
or
Sauteed Island Mahi Mahi & Garlic Jumbo Shimp

Bars Are Us

Stacey at Bars Are Us is the sweetest lady ever!  She made sure everyone was taken care of all night, glasses never went empty.

Half way through the night we ran out of white wine.  Luckily Stacey had another case in the back of her car so asked us if we wanted to open it.  White wine crisis averted!

I made a drink menu like alot of other knotties.  This is what mine said:

Eat, Drink & be Maui'd
Something Old - Caesars (A family tradition)
Something New - Passionfruit Martinis
Somethng Borrowed - Mojitos (From our trip to Cuba)
Something Blue - Blue Hawaii
Other Libations - Pina Coladas, Chi Chi's, Coronas, Highballs & assorted soft drinks.

We had a self serve cheesecake station for desert.  The cheesecake was a Tropical Island Lilikoi Cheesecake Soiree.  It was accompanied by fresh mangos, strawberries, pineapple and chocolate and strawberry drizzle.

My mouth is watering just thinking about it.  We had left overs and ate it for the next couple days!
